和5个onsite中最常被问到的问题，抛砖引玉。注意，我是偏文的方面，面试问题可能

1. Why are you interested in this position?
2. Why are you a good candidate?
3. Tell us a little about yourself.
Teaching
1. What is your teaching philosophy?
2. What are your teaching experiences?
3. Have you ever had a disruptive student in your class? How did you
handle it?
4. How will you handle a large (or small) classroom? How will you do
things differently?
5. You mentioned about several classes that you are interested in
teaching. Tell us about how exactly you want to teach XX class?
6. For a class including both graduate and undergraduate students, how
will design the class and evaluate their learning outcome differently?
7. Are you interested in using technology to assist your teaching?
Research
1. Tell us about your research interest and experiences.
2. Are you interested in applying grant for your research? How do you
plan to do that? What kind of grant are you interested in?
3. Do you plan to have students involved in your research? How do you
plan to do so?
4. What are some collaboration opportunities do you see within our
department as well as the college?
5. What kind of equipment do you need to start your research here?
Other
1. What kind of person do you think you are?
2. What is your leadership style?
3. Why shall we hire you?

发帖数: 22 | 9 1. 教课内容可以差不多，主要是evaluate的方式不一样吧。研究生做不一样的project
，考试题目也可以不一样。应具体课程而已。
2.事前给学生说好你的期望和要求，要求一定要细化，最好写在syllabus上。遇事多和
学生交流，加强学生互相的沟通。不要随随便便就扯到系里和院里。上次那个dean就跟
我抱怨最烦这种事情。

一个提纲，心里有数，嘴上随便掰掰就行。
大课小课的问题，自己google吧
