前天收到search committee chair的信：
XXX, the chairman of the department, should be making contact with the
candidates in the next few days.
Does he have your phone number? I'm not allowed to say anything about the
search. Do you have more in the spring?
比较诡异，因为他没有直接告诉我结果。因为在旅行，就还没有回他的信，
今天收到系里的chair的信：
University of XXX is very interested in the possibility of you joining my
Department. If you remain interested in us, I would like to talk to you.
Let me know the best time for me to call you and your phone number.
是不是有可能chair跟每个candidate都是这样说的？ |
