下面是offer letter，觉得比较奇怪，想让大家帮我看看还应该argue些什么。
Dear Dr. XXX:
It was a pleasure seeing you for interviews here in the XXX at XXX
University. We are also pleased to formally offer you the position of XXX.
Your initial appointments to faculty will be as Instructor in XXX on your
way to Assistant Professor thereafter.
The duties involved in this position include XXX. It is expected that you
will participate in teaching in the Master’s Degree Program in XXX. There
is also anticipation of your interest in research including application for
research grants. The initial salary will be XXX.
The usual good benefit package including health insurance provided to all
faculty in the University will be available to you as well. The department
will cover one major conference each year.
We are delighted that you will be joining us to continue your creative
career.
I do need a brief note of acceptance.

我觉得至少他们应该把每年的vacation和sickleave以及benefit package写清楚。
我是不是还应该要求他们把teach的具体量写清楚，每年上几门课之类的？
另外relocation package是不是也应该在这里写清楚？
大家会不会问以后每年的工资会不会涨这样的问题？ | h*****t
发帖数: 1478 | 2 每年VACATION等应该是学校统一，你可以在学校网页查。不过这个LETTER也太短了，至
少应该给你LINK的。
TEACHING LOAD应该要写清楚，这个不是学校统一的。你应该问对方，并要求对方写上
。同理RELOCATION PACKAGE也要问。
工资涨不涨是统一的，没必要问。 |
