Besides seeking help from friends in China, I wonder if anyone has good
strategies in finding good students in China for Ph.D. study in US? For
instance, is there any good website via which we can announce Ph.D.
positions? I am not in a highly-ranked research university, and the basic
pool of student applicants are not strong, thus I have to actively pursue
