少startup。 我当然想多列一些仪器，但又不能要的太多，把人吓着。
请问startup package里面要不要包括overhead? 我对这个overhead cost没概念阿，只
知道申请funding的时候系里面好像会在自己申请的budget上面加上overhead。还有就
是startup里面能不能包括travel to conference, office furniture等？

plus, you can include the travel expense etc in your budget list. If the
Dean or Chair tells you it's not allowable then just take them out. It's
not a big deal.
