记录一下吧，为以后申请类似position的童鞋们提供点信息。
对方一共有6个人，其中有一个是学生。
之前已经发了名单过来，先是他们自我介绍，我和每个人打招呼。之后就开始问问题了。
1）why do you apply for this position?
2）how do you think you qualify for this position?
3）what teaching experience has the greatest impact on you?
4）what kind of instructional technology do you use?
5）what kind of active learning techniques do you use in lectures, sections
and labs?
6）if evening classes are required, are you okay with that?
7）we want to know you as a person, what is your strength and greatest
weakness?
8）in addition to committee work, what kind of service would like to offer
to the community?
9）in our institution, half of the faculty has been doing research on their
on field, half are doing research related to teaching, what kind of research
10）would you like to perform in the future?
11）do you have any questions?
总的感觉还不错吧，第3个问题一下子没有反应上来，问了一下可以不可以take a few
seconds to arrange my thoughts，不过很快想到了一个答案，基本上每个答案我都给
了concrete examples from past experience，最后也问了他们不少问题，大家聊的相
当愉快。整个过程一共45分钟。
