proposal submission? Will this introduce any negative impact? The reason why
I ask the question is because, if my previous proposal is not funded, I
need to submit the revised version to another program which is due this
Friday. Any advice will be appreciated.

This is for a CAREER proposal (for my third time).
My first CAREER proposal (in 2007) and two other regular proposals have been
rated as Competitive but not funded, and it is my fifth year now. I am
thinking whether I should mention these. Any advice?

发帖数: 3562 | 7 我个人认为NSF这样做的目的就是尽量减少resubmitted proposals。如果在下一个Dead
line之前就把proposal拒了，大部分人都会Resubmit吧。
所以估计找了PO也没用。

Excellent, very good, good, fair, poor", but the Panel Summary Review/
Recommendation is in terms of "Highly competitive, competitive, low
competitive, not competitive". |

后过一阵子就正式拒信. 估计是不同program的PＯ的习惯不同吧． |
