，课堂效果就很不好，sigh.而我对自己的要求是，首先做个好老师。 真的一点也不容
易啊。

如果一个系招生不足，或学校决定把系关门，tenure也就作废了。

这是没办法的事情。经验多了以后这种情况就少了。
