这个跟跑圈还不一样，这个越跑在前面越轻松呀，随便搞个东西都是第一份，而且大地
方随便写个东西，肯定可以发表，还是很牛的杂志。跟着后面跑龙套的，狼狈得很呀。 |

universities. Ironically, small universities tend to be more picky in
research funding.

Second, I've never seen or heard any of those schools treating themselves as
a top school.Some of them have pretty strong (top) programs in a certain
disciplines, so it is surely acceptable if they brag about it.I don't think
people will be stupid to mess around the status of their schools, though
that happens sometimes in China:-)
