最近刚刚开始用SDC Platinum,想请问：
SDC Platinum中的M&A Database,哪个item指明它是cash financed,哪个item指明它是
Hostile M&A。多谢多谢！
Masulis,Wang and Xie's 2007 paper on corporate governance and acquirer returns用到了上面的items |

可是Hostile deal怎么找呢？在Masulis, Wang and Xie (2009):P.1725上提到：
Hostile deal:"Indicator variable:1 for hostile deals, and 0 otherwise.
Source: SDC M&A Database."
是不是用Acquiror is a White Knight flag (AWK)?可是如果用这个variable就必须assume that if an acquiror is not a White Knight, then it must be a hostile bidder? 这个assumption好像too strong

or Stata to put them together.
it is wise to download everything at one time. entries change infrequently
due to correction or updating. |
