once did consulting work with, invited me to participate in, to compete in
the same program. I don't want to be the subcontactor of second company.
Is it ok or not to allow the second company claim I will be consultant in
their proposed SBIR work? They asked me to provide my bio information.

发帖数: 60 | 2 Sure. You can be co-PI with one company and be consultant for another one. I
saw several such cases.
