正在起草letter of acceptance. offer letter 是provost's office寄来的，但是
provost和dean都签了名。请问我回复的时候是不是应该写“Dear Dr. XXX(provost)
and Dr. XXX (dean)： ”？收信人姓名地址 （就是Dear Dr.XXX）上面的block就写
provost的名字和地址？

I think you only need to sign it and mail it back. If you are not sure where
to send it, ask the secretary.

but there is no space in the official offer letter for me to sign. They also
made it clear that I need to send them a written response...
