从来没做过这个，要求在家里审10几个proposal之后要去DC开两天会：
For about 3 of your assigned proposals, you will be the
designated “Rapporteur”. As Rapporteur, you will lead the meeting
discussion for the 3 proposals, take notes, and write a post-discussion
summary on a Peer Review Results Form which must be completed before the
end of the meeting.
版上有去审过EPA的这种proposal吗？不知道自己的English是否能胜任这种face-to-
face discussion和实时做讨论笔录。
