funding including CAREER but failed to continuously publish quality papers,
and eventually failed their tenures. It is normal and expected.

公结婚，祖上也没什么积累，光靠自己一个人在北京打工，能不能买到房一样。理论上
是可以的，实现起来困难很大很大。

trash work,"傍"多大的牛都没用; 而且人家大牛还不见的愿意淌浑水. 你说的那些可

I guess funding alone is not sufficient for tenure.
Our head never told me how much funding I need to get tenure.
He just said that the tenure committee will read the reference letters
from 12 top researchers in my field.
