the university. You should calm down and carefully look at their comments.
Make some changes to accommodate them, and make them feel that you respect
their opinions and make sincere efforts to do a better job. Sometimes, you
should explicitly say those words to student so that they would know what
words to put in the end-of-term evaluation. |

them to evaluate the course only, not the instructor. So, phrase your
evaluation form very cautiously. That is what I learned from a colleague who
has taught undergraduate for 14 years. |

卷,有的问题是
笼统的问教师的授课风格等等,回头想想这种是自找麻烦的问题,不高兴的学生会说很
刻薄的话但是又
没有具体细节能够帮助老师改进。下次我一定会避免这种笼统的问题,而是把它分成非
常具体的小问
题,板书,课题例子是否合适,互动方式等等,促使学生言之有物,也避免对老师的人
身攻击。
