密歇根了。

来拿offer的人告诉我7w美金，如果有项目加上暑期3个月，也快10w了。2，3年就能买一房子。我现在
悔的肠子清啊。
去清华讲师啊？一个月500美金。1年也就6千刀吧。都是牛人竞争激烈，20平米的单
身宿舍能抢到就算不错了。带着老婆孩子熬吧。想在学校附近租房？房租就500美金。
自己权衡一下。

But the joint institute adopts UMich's tenure system (I don't know tenure
