能分享的都不是主要的因素，这里没什么trick
无非能说点如何处理和学生关系，如何调节气氛之类
你真觉得这是学生对你评价的决定因素？
如果你自己能对一门课思路很清楚，能有insight，那就是个好老师
脑子清楚，口齿不清的除外，不过这样的很少能找到位置吧，除非你是诺贝尔

你说的处理学生关系,调节气氛都是可以讨论和互相借鉴的.很多技术方面的,比如怎样
更好利用powerpoint,却又不过度等等.
我觉得这和学生评价绝对相关.

这种技术层面的，我觉得你只能根据些general principles
结合自己的课程，学生情况来安排
比如这个用slides的问题，无非是节约版书时间和能让学生follow up之间找个
平衡的问题，你能指望别人给你多少经验之谈呢

when I sent out the evaluation forms, I frankly told the students that this
is very important to me, please be encouraging. I don't want my chair yell
at me.....
there is 0.5 differences with this tip - I had two exactly same classes in
the first semester, one I did not say anything soft and another I said
something like above, the 2nd class gave me 0.5 higher (class averaged!)
than the 1st class . |

第二次讲总比第一次讲得好点吧

and 逞机报复.
Of course, this is a tiny small tip which may not worth of mentioning here.
work hard on teaching and be super nice to the students 是正道 |
