文章发表是按照会议开会时间,还是首次提交需要review的时间开始算呢?
看专利的首页说明,有一些 Filed date 和 Date of Patent 相差很多年,那个20年是
从filed
date 开始算吧?Prior publication data 和 Related application data什么的是相
