pace of difficulty level.
agree: one-one contact is very important to impress your student. |

repeat and repeat. do problems. review before every exam. exam should be
similar to homework.
save time for research.

，很多personal instruction，但我觉得似乎是太nice了，反而挺欺负我的，评语与我
投入的精力甚至课堂实际情况不符，让我十分失望。 |

要给他们一点老师的威严。 不用给不必要得 personal help. 不会领你的情的。 告诉
他们你很忙。
最重要的是不要犯错误。承诺要履行。

对学生好，但不是谄媚。试着和他们作朋友，帮住他们的朋友
讲课时候宁可讲清楚，不求全部讲完
英语要清楚，让孩子们听懂，课间或者单独交流的时候，问问孩子们能不能听懂讲课，
有什么问题，什么可以改进的。个人感觉，一对一非正式场合交流，很容易促进关系
试着调侃一下，新prof，和学生年龄不一定差多少，别让他们觉得你是老一辈的妖怪
记得人家是花钱来买服务的 |
