greenback tracked lower Wall Street futures ahead of a speech on corporate
governance by President Bush.
US futures turned lower after early gains, prompting further dollar weakness.
The S&P 500 contract was 6.7 below fair value while the Nasdaq contract fell
3.3 points. The euro rose to $0.9937 against the dollar, its highest level in
a week.
