Do you know any real cases that some people got their F1? You see, last year,
a student applied for F1 in UK but got declined. But he didn't have full
scholarships. A student from Turkey told me that his ex-girl-friend had full
scholarships and still got declined three times! But I don't believe in him,
because he is a play-boy, and he didn't say that whether his ex-girl-friend
got declined in UK or in China.
