i don't know any card which can be used across the whole continent.
Most cards are just produced for the users in a certain country.
Some big Telecoms have such service. As i know that Deutsch Telekom has such
a kind of prepaid card which can be used world wide, AT&T has also such a
service. But for long distance international calls in comparison with
normal cards that we use here the price is much higher. |

I think Unity is a good one. The price is usually around 8 cents/min.
For BJ and SH it is even cheaper.

normally if you go to a shop for chinese food, you can always find such cards
the name of the card does not make much sense for you, most of them are
really quite similar in price and service |
