标 题: 急问，小offer，有这样的吗？

昨天早上投的简历，下午recruiter打电话来，立刻电面technical问题，我没有工业界
经验，幸亏最近一直在了解相关知识，答对60%吧，然后一个小时后，安排第二天lunch
interview。然后我今天就去了，小公司，vp和ceo面我，然后就口头offer了。跟做梦
一样。饭后去公司转了一圈，很小，几个open的cubicle，几个独立办公室。然后希望
我周一立刻上班，明天前答复他们。开车回来有种很不真实的感觉，人都蒙了。有这样
的吗？目前还没看到paperwork，说是今天下午就给我发。我还没看到。啥都没有明天
咋回复啊？ |

on OPT or with GC, you are good to go.
If on H1B, make sure you have work authorization.
