身在美利坚的master或者phd，没有funding，数学基础不错的可以考虑回国学习
The Hohai University has 17 quoto for China government scholarship for
foreign PhD or master students as well as 5 quoto for those graduate
students from the USA. If you have a good candidate who has interest in
studying fractional calculus and its applications in China, please help
recommend to Prof. Wen Chen. The deadline is 10th April. It is quite tight.
