I am an Env Engineer with H1B.
My company is preparing for EB2PERM. But considering the long waiting time,
I am preparing for Eb1B. There should be no issue with your 'Engineer' title
. The only thing matters is your 'outstanding research ability', such as
publications, citations, and others. My company lawyers confirmed this point.
I mainly rely on my publications during PhD period. There is no way I can
publish my current works.

"Engineer" title. So I quit.
