我不是干事业的人,也不想让自己很辛苦,就乐得在美国过老婆孩子热炕头的生活了.

There is a big change for AECOM in the near future. AECOM just bought Earth
Tech a couple of weeks ago. Right now a dozen of subcompanies under the
AECOM, such as M&E, TCB, Mansseull, ENSR, EDAW, and earth tech will be
restructured and reorganized into a big company. There will be a lot of
changes and uncertainty for this company in the United States. It is not
sure how AECOM reshapes its offices worldwide.

发帖数: 2503 | 9 大体的就是：各个公司不变。保留自己的名字。至少几年内不会变化。
唯一的变动就是所有的员工不属于任何子公司，只属于AECOM，就是一个总公司有很多
人，子公司只相当于品牌，没有任何员工。
这样以后相当于同一城市同一个office，分开而已。确保相互之间不恶性竞争。
当然多年以后，也许不再有任何子公司，包括M&E这样的招牌公司，所有的都变成AECOM。但是如果各个品牌经营的仍然不错，也许就会永远保留。也许以后慢慢各个品牌会在各个地区出现倾向，或者各个品牌在不同的行业（也就是不同的内部的部门）形成倾向。那个时候再考虑是不是合并。
总之，就是一个公司多个品牌而已。现阶段不会有太大变化。
这一行最重要的就是和客户的关系而已。工程师，consultant保住了，就差不多了。

发帖数: 1038 | 10 You know I am in the committee of the AWWA. Last week we had a committee
meeting in Atlanta. My friend in the same committee from Earth Tech
mentioned this to us. All employees are busy with changing their benefit and
health plans. The biggest news is that AECOM board meeting finally decides
to precipitate the merging process of a dozen of subcompanies. The AECOM
reorganization shall be completely within 2 years as planned. However, who
knows what will happen? My friend was joking with us

没有什么工作经验，只好等几年有经验再回去了~不过，多谢你的信息：）EDAW是家很
