sing and speak correctly in foreign languages, and they have a very good
understanding of the sound production mechanism of human voice.
Along a similar line, you can try the linguistics department. There may be
graduate students who specialize in phonetics and sometimes in phonology who
can coach you.

The first coach listed charges $85 to $100 if the student is a performing
artist. I'm guessing the rate is lower for students who are not professional
actors or singers.
