as for B), sometimes you don't have to answer the original question. "I love
it" obviously negates the original question and hence it carries the same
meaning as A). Though A) explicitly answers the original question.

但是我感脚最好还是直接说"I do",
省得纠缠Yes或No了,怕混淆,
直接I do就是清楚的肯定了.
