unconsiously revealed my condescending attitude towards CC. But I do find it
is hard even for an native US student to find a decent job with only CC
education.

following three things:
1. they started working right after CC
2. an associate degree is one of the degrees that CC offers
3. they got the degree recently.
And after some serious analysis, I realized you meant none of the above :)
Although most CC students will stop after getting their associate degrees,
some will move on and transfer to a 4-year college, which is actually not a
bad way to go considering the cost of educat

to get an associate degree. They then transfer and spend another two years
getting a bachelor's degree.
