芭蕉 Musa basjoo Sieb. et Zncc.
［别名」绿天，扇仙。
［科属及形态］芭蕉科，芭蕉属。常绿大型多年生草木。茎高达３～４米，不分枝，丛
生。叶大，长可达３米，宽约４０厘米，呈长椭圆形，有粗大的主脉，两侧具有平行脉
，叶表面浅绿色，叶背粉白色。入夏，叶丛中抽出淡黄色的大型花。“扶疏似树，质则
非木，高舒垂荫”，是前人对芭蕉的形、质、姿的形象描绘。
［生长习性］芭蕉原产东亚热带。性喜温暖耐寒力弱，茎分生能力强，耐半荫，适应性
较强，生长较快。
［繁殖及栽培〕
（ｌ）繁殖：用分株繁殖。当秋末蕉叶凋萎，剪去枯叶，壅士护根。残留茎杆用稻草从
茎杆基部向上包扎。到次年４月上旬再将稻草解除，当根上长出许多幼株时，可行分株
繁殖。移栽时于坑中施入有机肥为底肥。
（２）栽培：生长期间应随时剪去黄叶，以烧徒耗养分，并影响美观。同一地点，栽植
过久，易产生爱满不复现象，应更换栽植地点。平时不用特别仔细管理。
