发帖数: 448 | 3 工学博士（EIT）? Do you mean 工学博士 (Ph.D) and EIT?
If you have 4 years working experience, you should be able to take PE exam in
most of the states. If not, check with the PE license board in OH, PA, DE, CA
, TX.
You can transfer your PE license to other states, but you still need to
qualify the same rules for taking PE exam in that state.

发帖数: 467 | 4 Graduate study only be counted as one year year experience, what ever MS or
PhD.
Typically you have to 4 years engineering experience(after BS degree) before
you take PE test.

year.
He is in CA.
