We are looking for multiple Mechanical Engineers or Electrical Engineers.
They will work full-time at our R&D Center in Chuzhou, where we have mass
production factories on parts and components and finished products for home
appliance brands such as Electrolux, Bosch-Siemens, GE, Whirlpool and Haier.
They may work as Product Development Engineer or Cost-out Engineer. Both
positions are challenging and critical to the growth of the company.
Job responsibility outlines for Product Development Engineer
1. Analyzing market needs
2. Conceptualizing product designs
3. Prototyping look-likes and work-likes
4. Testing and troubleshooting
5. Finalizing specifications and passing to manufacturing engineer
* This position is evaluated by how many new products are launched each year.
Job responsibility outlines for Cost-out Engineer
1. Identifying opportunities in reducing cost in design, material, or
manufacturing process
2. Working with Product Development Engineer, Testing Engineer and
Manufacturing Engineer to verify cost-out proposals
3. Installing cost-effective design or process

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical or electrical engineering
2. Work experience in home appliance industry a big plus
3. Experience in working with industry customers
4. Great personality and strong work ethics
