建议去FCSA做,非常NICE.
我的评估就过了,差不多只花了2周时间.

details？
我看到版上那么多人在ECEI或者CPEES评估，就没有谁说最后得到的结果是通过。

发帖数: 249 | 4 不能等同于ABET吧,但足够在得洲申请执照.
去德州的PE BOARD 网页上看看吧,他们列出几个可以接受的评估机构.
我选它一是因为便宜,二就是ECET和CPEES早就被传很难通过.
如果你选择的是DETAIL评估(BOARD 也要求必须是),REPORT中包括你的学位等同于美国
的什么学位,每门课的学分和GRADE等同于美国标准的多少等.110块钱就搞定了.

year with evaluation, first with ECEI, then with CPEES, still waiting!
Aonther qeustion is have you got some experience in US before you PE
application? I eamiled TX board about this question. The answer is "You can
claim experience you have obtained in your home country, however our rules
do require that you have at least 2 years in the US". I got 5 yrs experience
in China but I am still in school here, no US experience.

Our state also requires minimum 2 years supvison under a USA PE.

做这个评估是为了EIT,不过当时打电话给BOARD,她说PE也应该是同样的评估吧.至于经
验,当时她以为我是为了申请PE,说中国的经验也可以算,但基本也要有美国经验吧.而且
如果你没在美国工作过上哪儿搞PE的推荐信呢?
你可以再打电话问清楚点,感觉他们很NICE,不过写EMAIL他们倒不爱回.
我现在的工作根本跟ENGINEER无关,因为在美国拿的管理学位,又想跳回工程领域才折腾

发帖数: 33 | 8 Ohio counts all my five years experience in China toward PE. But,
unfortunatly, they required me of eight years experience since I don't have
a evaluation from CPEES. So, I failed there.

within you Department. But they can only recommend from thier prospective,
not from an supervisor.
