公司机器A Wireless-N
自己机器B Wireless-N
在家，comcast, ASUS wireless-N router
1. Route was set to have passwd and mac filter
2. Both A and B can connect to the internet, wired or wireless
3. Using A, wired connection, change the router wireless settings, disable
mac filter (to allow friend's machine to connect)
After applied the change:
a. B can connect to the internet wired or wireless
b. friend's MacBook can connect to the internet via wireless
c A cannot connect to the internet (can find ASUS router, but no internet
connection and cannot ping the router), either wired or wireless
tried to use windows 7 diagnose/fix, not working.
tried reboot/shutdown, start, wired connection, neither worked (for about 1
hour)
shutdown A
4. Using B, wired connection, change mac filter back to accept, apply
5. Now, start A, then A can connect to the internet via ASUS router without
any problem. | z**r

verizon fios配的router就有10个mac这个限制
