1. change the listening port of RemoteDesktop on one of the PCs from 3389 to
some other value, say 23389 and keep the other's unchanged.
2. on router, configure port forwarding 3389 to PC1, 23389 to PC2
if what you meant is to access a PC behind two routers back-to-back, .......
