顺差习惯于被兑换成本币而不是第三国的货币（当然这个是一般情况）。
如果考虑中国的资本账户管制，这些美元不可以去欧洲,非洲, 买股票, 买外债, 或者
就屯在那。只能兑换成人民币。如果中国政府不干预汇率的话，人民币也只能升值。

dinner, there were a lot of debates among us on many economic issues.
However, one thing that everybody tends to agree is that Krugman is one of
the most overrated economists. He did some descent jobs in the beginning of
his career, but disgraced himself by throwing out BS in his NYT articles. | h*******l
