i think the effect of the stock market

can attract foreign money be changed into US dollar, pushing to dollar
up;
Alan Greenspan will raise the interest rate to keep the market
"rational",
that will attract foreign currency as well; on the other hand, the
increasing
interest rate will lead to dollar depreciation in the future.
