Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs (www.merl.com) is seeking a highly
motivated, qualified individual to join our internship program to carry out
fundamental research in the area of high power semiconductor devices. The
ideal candidate should have a significant background in measurement
technique and characterization of semiconductor devices. Proficiency in
Solid State Physics, Semiconductor Physics and particularly in nano
technology, quantum dot and traps and simulation would be a great asset.
Candidates who hold a PhD or in their senior years of a Ph.D. program are
encouraged to apply. The position is open from May. 2014 for a duration of 3
to 6 months.
