Required Skills:
Knowledge of various video compression standards like H.

4/5 and/or MPEG1/2/4 video codec
Both qualitative and quantitative measurement of video
quali
ty
Some basic knowledge of the channel or traffic
characteristi
c of wireless or wired network with bandwidth and latency constraint
Some basic knowledge of the media access control (MAC)
for w
ireless or wired networks
Good programming and debugging skills in C/C++ and
Matlab
Good verbal and written communication skills in both
Chinese
and English
Experience in the following as well is beneficial but not required:
