Mohammad Tehranipoor, in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineer,
University of Connecticut, CT, USA. The laboratory is involved in research
in the following areas:VLSI Design, Computer-Aided Design and Test, Reliable
Systems Design at Nanoscale, Design-for-Testability, Test and Defect
Tolerance for Nanoscale Systems.
MS degree is preferred but not required. Interested individuals must have
the following background:
VLSI design, programming skills, IC design, hardware measurement.
