司都这样啊包括 qualcomm, intel, 这些？他们通过eb1，niw 这种方式拿绿卡的多嗎
？那一所top 20 毕业的 ece phd 毕业是不是还是首选eb1 走学术道路更穩定呢？ |

申请eb1不需要雇主，只要你够牛就可以。一年多就下来。
其实很多时候还看你跟老师的关系＆律师如何帮你做材料。
当然如果做faculty，绿卡会快很多。

f every day.
I work in one of them and I could tell you my PD is all set after I join com
pany after half a year and my company apply two category for me and both of
my 140 approved. I am all set now and just wating to submit my I-485 in less
than 2 years.
But I do not care any more because my gf is citizen.

Think about it before you sign the offer. You way will be better in the next
few years. Green Crard is much more important than your salary.

therefore, they will start you with be2 or lc first, after you worked for 6
years, your h1b will expire. if you GC process is still slow, they will
start eb1 for you if you are really important to them

很多公司要求工作几年才给办.
我知道的GM,Chevron都这德性.Intel听说过有phd条件很强,
律师为了省钱还是省事,给弄成eb2了.

店大欺主也是有可能的.
这EB1B 跟EB2花的钱有多大差别我就不知道了。
不过EB2要打广告，感觉应该多花点钱吧？
