Then he figured out input current should be

I (in) = I (out) + I (q)
but Iq is really low around 40uA so normally we don't count it.
efficiency is about V(out)/V(in) if eliminate Iq.
yes LDO has pretty big loss, Ploss=(V(in)-V(out))*Iload
