control的数学基础不错，也可以换个相关方向。

发帖数: 3382 | 10 听control的人说control基本就是数学，连simulation都比较少，如果那样的话，基本只能academia自说自话，发展潜力有限。从听说的funding和就业情况来看，如果不是百分之百的热爱control，或者对这个方向充满信心，最好考虑别的方向。

to biomedical engineering these years. I guess as for theoretical study,
these is not much left to do. But the world still needs control, I know he
has a lot application projects. Many of the control pals in my group are
doing predictive control, which involves a lot simulation. |

PID, or simply PI.

even no D.
But how about robotics, and other stuff. like modeling, estimation.... are
they belong to Control? Some times I get confused,.. |

theory has little room to improve and not easy to be funded. Similarly, it
is also a big sadness that so many smart students from Automation Department
in China switched to other areas due to the decline of control in North
America.

控制器公司， 电机公司里博士大把大把的。
机械制造公司倒是没有必要请一个做控制的博士。
