仿真，可是每次都是：
Reading grid '1_msh.tdr' ... (TDR format) done.
(Number of grid points is 7261.)
Adding interfaces and contacts ...
Tried to use non-existing contact 'source' !
然后就不行了。
我在建立模型的时候明明有定义contact的。不知是什么原因，应该怎么办呢？
初学Sentaurus, 还请各位前辈指导阿。

obviously you did not define your contact properly, or you can check your
structure in tecplot. The third way is looking into your TDR file directly. |

finally find the reason.
The name of electro-gate is changed antomatically.
In sentaurus structured editor I named the contact "gate", but in sentaurus
devices it was changed into "gate_11".
Why? |
