journal in this field.
The topics T-Multimedia tries to address have been too broad and its quality
hasn't been as good.
I think the quality of a journal strongly depends on its associate editors and
editor-in-chief. in my opinion the T-multimedia seems to getting better.
Another journal, IEEE Trans. Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, is the
top one for video processing/coding technologies.
