“I'm currently helping my organization (Polymer and Specialty Chemical
Technologies) in recruiting PhD candidates who are interested in working in
Shanghai, the location of GE's third Global Research Center. We want to
recruit about 10~12 PhD's by 2003 and our PhD recruiting season starts now.
Following are the research areas that we would like to establish in Shanghai:
