One of our lovely ECUST alumni, Dr. Zhixing (William)
Li collapsed and died at the Stowers Institute for
Medical Research in Kansas City last Friday evening,
Feb. 16. Security officers at the Stowers performed
CPR until paramedics arrived, but it was unsuccessful
to save his life. Dr. Li was a visiting scientist at
the Stowers Institute and studied stem cells in
pancreas. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree

不要在没有律师的情况下签文件。听上去好像是医院的责任。
一定要找当地最大的律师楼。专做刑事的。里面都是退休的当地检查官，议员之类的。
这是个非常大的case。在NYC没１０００万下不来。没错，没１０００万下不来。而且
最好找两家律师楼。另一家监督。假定一个case，大家公认是１０００万的。他最后就
２００万结案。那个是赎职。也是罪的一种。后面一家可以帮你起诉前面那个大款律师
楼。把差额补上。一般这种case，都是律师一生都没几个的。都是全程不要钱。最后收
一半之类。那些律师都是一个论调：１０００万很多。但是，是美国的司法公正值钱，
是美国对劳工保护值钱，还是１０００万值钱。然后联络当地工会，电视，议员之类的
。既有利益，又有责任啊。
记住，赶快找大大大律师。其他的指望华理捐款，估计不到１万。校友会会费都有人欠。 |
