Software Engineering Institute of East China Normal University (SEI/ECNU)
was established as one of the first 36 pilot software schools in China.
Professor Jifeng He, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is the
dean of the institue, who worked at Oxford University and the United Nations
University International Institute for Software Technology for over 20
