以前从本版获得过不少有用的信息,现在给大家提供一个反馈,算是给后来人留下一点东
西.让后面的人少走弯路!
下面是各种申请的cover letter, 有些可能要求不一样了,可以参考, 按照顺序准备和
摆放材料.

I-140的申请cover letter,可以参考用于降级.
Perm 和 I-140 不是DIY,但是雇主律师跟我一起准备的,所以也可以跟大家分享一下.
我的perm 2个半月批准,140使用了加急8个工作日批准,可能就是运气好.当然我们的材
料也准备的非常充分和有条有理.

总体来说,EB23就是一个等待的过程.
只要你的材料认真准备,关键词,认真准备,大部分时候应该是没什么问题的.
我CO-DIY 申请过140, DIY申请过OPT EAD, H4 EAD, H4 EAD renewal, 485 + 485 EAD
+ AP, EAD renewal + AP renewal, 都是50-70天批准的.虽然只是个案,但是也有很多
次了.
划重点,尽早提交perm, 有问题可以直接找USCIS.打网上的电话,早上打,人少,转tier 2.
有任何其他问题大家可以在下面问,过一段时间可能就不来这个版块了.
