Physicals not submitted yet.
Current以后联系本地议员要求加急，议员联系移民局后得到回复:
“ U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that the
these cases for which your constituent is inquiring have been requested for
review and USCIS will be processing the cases. Your constituent may check
the status of their case on the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov by entering
their receipt number in the Case Status box or by calling the USCIS National
Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 (inside the United States) or (
785) 330-1048 (outside the United States).
If after 60 days from the date of this email USCIS has not notified your
constituent regarding the status of this case, please feel free to contact
our office to request the status.”
议员说这个意思是expedite的请求被接受了，然后过了几天联系了一下USCIS被告知没
有显示case要加急。再查了一下，好像又有说等60天就是模板回复。
请问下有类似经验的朋友，到底这是不是模板回复...如果case被加急是可以查得到吗
？求经验谢谢。 |

议员查询的意义就是提醒一下USCIS， 这里还有个pending的case， 不要一直在角落里
吃灰。 |

如果加急成功，Agent是可以看到的，边上会mark。

发帖数: 1 | 7 楼主，请问你是用什么理由来使加急获批的呢？我问过众议员助理，她说以job offer
作为 financial loss 的理由 USCIS 不会批准加急的, 以humanitarian 作为理由必须
是 live or death 的程度，其他的理由 USCIS 也不会批准加急的。
